CLS Facilitate ‘Business as Usual’

A key priority for the project was the uninterrupted day-to-day running of the school. This was achieved by creating a schedule of works designed to facilitate this. To this end the construction works were staggered and an ongoing clarity of communication between the school and contractors was considered critical. CLS is used to working in these kinds of conditions, and our professional standards provide the framework for our approach:

  • Clear, regular communication
  • Flexibility where required
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Collaboration with clients
  • Friendly and respectful relationships

The new school buildings are now in use, and the design – as a whole – is working well and looking great.
